ReFresh was birth through a burden of compassion in May of 2014 through Psalmist Raine. God placed a burden on her heart to revive TRUE WORSHIP in our present day. She begin to come in contact with many worship leaders and team members who were experiencing droughts in their worship experiences. Being emptied of everything as a worship leader before, Raine knew the agony of leading on empty. Many have worked and poured out but they lacked the replenishing needed to create TRUE, GLORIOUS WORSHIP experiences in their local churches. The Lord answered the cry of the worshipper and hence ReFresh was birthed!
Since May of 2014, Psalmist Raine has held ReFresh sessions, every other month, in Chicago, Illinois. These sessions have rejuvenated and revived TRUE WORSHIP in those who have attended. The sessions have been full of teachings, insight, iron sharpening, intercession, and prophetic movements in worship, prayer, and teaching. "ReFresh is an abundant well! All who come will drink and never be thirsty again!" It is our prayer that those who attend ReFresh will be replenished, rejuvenated, and ignited with fire and passion for the True Essence of God's presence and that that same fire and passion be released in their local worship assembly.
Built on John 4: 1-38, those who are willing should come to the well, just as the Samaritan Woman, meet Jesus, and be fulfilled and transformed! ReFresh is not limited to the local Chicago land area, but to EVERY WORSHIPPER & LOCAL WORSHIP ASSEMBLY GLOBALLY!!

Purpose
The ReFresh Institute, Inc. is a nonprofit organization organized to educate, equip, train individuals with the knowledge, tools, and resources to excel in every facade of the Arts. Our charitable outreach and mission projects will impact locally and internationally in meeting the needs of the people and communities at large; Our educational programs will provide study classes and training in the areas of musicianship, vocalist, dance, painting, writing, sound engineering, and mentorship. Our ReFresh Youth Academy will provide classes and training in the same areas of the Arts, as well as summer day camp programs in the same various areas. Our religious programs will empower, equip, and train; through the Word of God, truth about ones purpose on this Earth.

- We believe that Salvation in and through Jesus Christ is for all! We believe that to receive salvation an individual must confess with their mouth and believe in their heart that Jesus is Lord and that God raised Jesus from the dead - Romans 10:9-10.
- We believe that the Bible is the ultimate and supreme authority in all of life matters.We believe that we are called to "Go ye therefore and preach the Gospel...” -Matthew 28:19, Mark 16:15
- We strongly believe in the triune being - God, The Father, God, The Son, God, The Holy Spirit
- We believe that times of refreshing, revival, edification, and empowerment comes from the presence of the Lord
- We believe that God desires that no one perish; but that all will come into the knowledge of Christ/God.
- We believe that we are called to serve the world; not only in the arena of music and teaching worship, but in reaching the lost, meeting the needs and preaching the Gospel.
- ¨ As a worship institute, we believe we are called to teach the true essence of worship in various art forms. We believe that worship is a strong reverence or adoration to our Heavenly Father; and that it can be shown by way of various expressions of love and honor. The evidence of worship is shown throughout the entire Bible.
