By checking this box, I agree & understand that I am purchasing a vending space for The 2019 ReFresh Summit. I understand I am expected to pay upon submission of this form the fee of $75 per day of vending. Failure to do so will forfeit my vending space for the days selected. I acknowledge that once submitted, the vending fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. I acknowledge that Psalmist Raine & The ReFresh Global entities are not liable for any loss or damaged items during the times of vending. Psalmist Raine & The ReFresh Global entities will provide (1) 6' - 8' table for vending space. All other items for vending is solely the responsibility of the business owner and organizer. 2 chairs will be provided per vendors' table and All vendors will have access to the sessions.
